When I want something yummy, salty, and warm, I crave Buffalo Cauliflower! I never liked Buffalo Wings (when I did eat meat) because I thought it was SO messy, and the fact that you get literally no meat on a wing and barely get full, but still intake SO MUCH sodium was pointless to me! Bloated for no reason lol.
Here I present you the BEST SNACK EVER, literally it’s SO good and easy to make!
I’ve made this a couple times and made some mistakes.
PERSONALLY, I wanted a healthier option so I made two versions. One without flour (cleaner/healthier) and one with gluten-fee coconut flour (can also use rice flour as well.
If you are ok with gluten, and I think this is how it’s served at most restaurants, use all-purpose flour because it’ll be stickier and the wings will come out actually better!
Here is the recipe for the one WITH FLOUR: (coconut flour came out a little soft and mushy if you are ok with that, I suggest using regular all-purpose flour or rice flour)
– 1 HEAD of Cauliflower
– 1/2 cup of Flour
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (I only had vanilla and it was fine)
– 1/3 cup of Sriracha
-1/3 cup of Buffalo Sauce (Frank’s Red Hot) I ended up using more than 1/3 cup but it was hot!
1. Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees
2. Chop cauliflower head into bite-size pieces!
3. Combine the flour, garlic powder, almond milk and Sriracha into a bowl and mix. It’ll create this chunky mix!
4. Add Cauliflower and lay onto a cookie sheet/parchment paper or aluminum foil. Pop it in the oven and bake for 20 min.
5. Take it out and add the Frank’s Hot Sauce all over and put it back in the oven to bake for 10 more minute. Bake longer for more crisp!
6. Let it cool down and dip into Ranch and enjoy! I use Follow Your Heart Vegan Ranch.

Here’s another recipe with NO FLOUR!

I made a video here:
Ingredients:
– 1 HEAD of Cauliflower
– 3/4 cup of Cholula
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 tbsp of Agave
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt (I used pink himalayan salt)
– 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon of Sriracha
1. Mix all the ingredients
1. Preheat the Oven to 450 degrees
2. Chop cauliflower head into bite-size pieces!
3. Combine the Cholula, garlic powder, salt, pepper, agave into a bowl and mix.
4. Use a plastic bag and put cauliflower florets in there and pour the mix into the bag.
5. Mix the bag up and make sure the sauce covers all the cauliflower pieces.
6. Add Cauliflower and lay onto a cookie sheet/parchment paper or aluminum foil. Pop it in the oven and bake for 20 – 30 min. Don’t burn them!
6. Let it cool down and dip into Ranch and enjoy! I use Follow Your Heart Vegan Ranch.
