I do this thing called meal prepping, where I basically make small meals, a bunch of them to eat throughout the week. I usually do it every Sunday and Wednesday evening because my Sunday meals would run out by Wednesday and by Sunday my Wednesday meals are out!
The goal of meal prepping is to eat healthy, lean, clean, and to always have food ready before you are super hungry. You need to eat every two hours to keep your metabolism high and eating clean, healthy smaller portions prevent you from overeating. My meals are usually the same thing every week. They consist of salmon, brown rice, and veggies. Sometimes I switch it up with Tilapia or shrimp as my protein and have done pasta, quinoa, or cous cous as well.
