I make myself a shake every single day. Sometimes with protein and sometimes just all fruits and veggies with my NutriBullet. I will post some recipes soon, but I do vlog about them in my daily videos so you can catch them in on my channel! I usually make a Kale, Banana, Strawberry, Cucumber, Apple smoothie and it is amazing for breakfast!
I don’t eat a traditional breakfast I guess but my mornings consist of an hour and a half work out so a shake is the best thing for me. Sometimes fasting and doing cardio is supposed to burn more calories and I do that too, but I get SOOO hungry that I wanna give up!
At the gym at Equinox in West Hollywood, we have an Earth Bar, if you haven’t been to this place it is amazing! They have so many nutritious, healthy foods and the best smoothies. I normally hate protein shakes, especially the ones I make, they just don’t taste as good. I get the Basic Earth Shake, it has 21g of earth fusion protein, ice & hemp milk (chocolate or vanilla). I always get chocolate and then I also add a banana. I have this shake after I work out for about an hour and it usually is my breakfast or lunch, depending on what time I work out! Today, I tried adding something new and I was feeling really good about drinking it. I didn’t feel so full but I also felt like I was burning calories while drinking it!
Here’s what I got:
-Basic Earth Shake with chocolate
– slim down tincture
– Maca Powder
– Cacao Nibs
– Cacao Powder
all mixed together in the shake! It was like a Fat Burning Shake and tasted delicious! Do you guys make shakes? Protein shakes are so good for building muscle and I definitely know that I am building more muscle and losing fat with these shakes in my diet!
