Sunday is my cheat day and on the weekend I GO IN on food. A little too much! So Monday/Tuesday is my crunch time where I am back at the gym in FULL FORCE!
In this video, I shot my lingerie shoot earlier in the day for my new line that comes out this Friday! Also I show you guys another workout I did with my trainer Marcus. His instagram name is @incr3dibl3hulk so totes follow him!
Here are the workout details!
We just did 3 total reps of each.
1. 15 Kettlebell Lunge Presses
2. 15 Push Ups on the Bosu Ball
3. Toe Tap Jumps for 30 seconds on a bosu ball or bench
4. 15 TRX ROWS
5. Medicine Ball Side Throws 15 on each side
REPEAT ALL OF THESE FOR THREE REPS. I did 1.5 hours of cardio 1 hour on stairmaster and 30 mins on the treadmill. The video is below and on my channel!
