I’ve been in New York for two full days now and this city is absolutely beautiful! Each person’s individual style is amazing, the shopping is spectacular, the food is delicious, and the people are so cool as well. It’s a bit rough and not as chill as L.A. because it’s a city that just keeps going, but I am beginning to fall in LOVE with the city! I am thinking of being here a lot more now, even if it is SO COLD right now! It was 28 degrees today!
I’ve been wearing coats every single day, and even that doesn’t cut it! My tan coat that I am wearing here is from Sheinside and it does keep me fairly warm, but not as warm as the puffy jackets everyone has! I noticed that layering is key here and I feel like I look a big huge in these outfits but I guess that is the warm NYC style! I was trying to wear it as a cape at first, kind of how you see lots of models in ads wear it, or also KIM K style, but it is way too cold to not bundle up here! So I ended up wrapping the coat around. The dress I am wearing here is a black long sleeve dress from Hot Miami Styles. I got some sheer suntan tights that I got from Rite Aid, lol. My boots are from Choies, but everyone thinks they are the Givenchy’s, and they look identical! My scarf is vintage Chanel given to me from my mother, who got it in Paris twenty years ago! And my bag is my favorite Chanel Mini Boy Bag!
I have a lot more blog posts photos of outfits food and obviously vlogging the entire trip to post for you guys but as soon as I find the time to just sit down and edit and write I will. Today I explored Soho, had lunch at a fabulous brunch restaurant called Mercer Kitchen and shopped in Greenwhich village and Saks Fifth Ave. (my fave). I will do more detailed posts of all the food I eat in the fitness section of my blog! I promise I have been eating very healthy and still going to the gym at Equinox Rockefeller Center!
love you guys! If you live in NYC let me know in the comments where I MUST GO as well!
